By using Grant Radar, you agree to these terms of use.

1. Service scope
Grant Radar provides tools to discover, filter, and monitor funding opportunities. It does not replace official verification with funders.
2. Eligibility and account
You must use accurate credentials and protect your account. You are responsible for activity in authenticated sessions.
3. Subscriptions, payments, and renewal
Paid plans renew by contracted period unless canceled. Group seat revocations lock the slot for 6 months before reuse.
4. Permitted use and restrictions
You may not violate laws, bypass technical controls, introduce malware, or resell access without written authorization.
5. Data, integrations, and consents
When connecting external profiles/sources, you confirm you are authorized to use that data. Privacy Policy also applies.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, software, and proprietary content are owned by Grant Radar or its licensors.
7. External content and accuracy — IMPORTANT
Grant Radar aggregates information from public funder feeds. Some deadlines are parsed heuristically and labelled as estimated; even non-estimated dates can become stale between our refresh and the funder updating their page. You must confirm the official deadline, eligibility window, and funding amount on the funder's own website before preparing or submitting an application. We are not liable for submissions missed or rejected because of incorrect, stale, or estimated information shown in the product.
8. Availability and changes
We may update features, sources, prices, limits, and architecture. Planned or unplanned downtime may occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited and excludes indirect losses and opportunity loss from external sources.
10. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended/terminated for abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal reasons.
11. Governing law and venue
Applicable law follows the commercial order or, absent that, Grant Radar’s contracting jurisdiction.
